I’ve been in the fitness industry for almost 3 decades as a certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer, health coach, Pilates, and yoga instructor. Here’s the deal: there are a lot of food myths out there! In this training, I’m breaking down 3 of the most common food myths I hear ALL the time and why they’re total baloney. Plus, I’m sharing how many carbs I actually eat in a day and a healthy eating concept you can use for the rest of your life that will change the way you view food. P.S. it includes dessert!

If you not only want more years in your life, but also good years in your life, then movement is going to be your new best friend. Did you know that after age 35 if you’re not actively replacing the muscle in your body, you will lose a half to a full pound of muscle each year? That means a slower metabolism and most likely weight gain! Yikes. On day 3, I’m going to teach you why movement is so important and what you need to know to get started.
